This article introduces the Universal Coherence Framework (UCF), a parameter-free model unifying fundamental forces and predicting fermion masses with ≤1% error. Grounded in modular symmetry, fractal geometry, Noether conservation, and global coherence, UCF integrates the ABJ anomaly to resolve quantum inconsistencies and derive physical constants from first principles.
