Code of Conduct

Opus 2G code of conduct is a commitment to honesty, fairness, and reliability in all our activities and relationships. We abide by applicable laws and regulations worldwide and are committed to being the Voice of Integrity and reporting any concerns about compliance with the law, Opus 2G policies, or this Code. Compliance is our competitive advantage and we work to lead the company quickly, responsibly, and with the highest ethical standards. We strive to lead the company as competitively as possible, with speed, responsibility, and compliance.

Compliance itself is the most effective compliance. Effective compliance is a competitive advantage.

What leaders must do

Prevent

We set the example of integrity, not only through words, but more importantly, through actions. We ensure that employees understand that business results are never more important than ethical conduct and compliance with OPUS 2G policies. We create an open environment where each employee feels comfortable raising concerns. We communicate the importance of compliance with sincerity and conviction at every appropriate opportunity. We allocate adequate resources to the company’s compliance program. We advocate for an effective OPUS 2G ombudsman network

Detect

We lead compliance processes through compliance review boards. We conduct periodic compliance reviews with the assistance of business compliance leaders and/or corporate audit staff. We implement control measures such as “scorecards” and “dashboards” to detect higher risks and compliance breaches.

Respond

Documenting and escalating any concerns expressed by employees through appropriate channels. Taking immediate corrective actions to address identified compliance weaknesses. Taking appropriate disciplinary measures. Incorporating employees’ integrity contributions into evaluations and programs
